Distribution Ceremony of Relief Materials to The Victims of Rainstorm Disaster at Kajola & Iwajowa Local Government Areas And Iwa & Iganna Local Council Development Areas By Oyo State Emergency Management Agency (OYSEMA) And National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).

 Introduction

Oyo State Emergency Management Agency (OYSEMA) in fulfilment of one its core functions distributed emergency relief materials to victims of rainstorm disaster and assisted in the rehabilitation of the victims. These relief materials were expected to ameliorate the effect of the disaster on the victims living in Kajola & Iwajowa Local Government Areas and Iwa & Iganna Local Council Development Areas of the State on 9^th December, 2020.

The official distribution of the relief materials was performed at the Headquarters of the Kajola Local Government where His Excellency, the Deputy Governor was represented by his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Political Matters Alh. Lateef Yusuf.

Relief Materials

The relief materials that were distributed included Rice, Cement, Maize, Palm Oil, Foam Mattress, Blanket, 3 inches Nails, and Zinc Nail, Roofing Sheets, Ankara Ceiling Board, Mosquito Nets, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Beans, Tomato Paste to the victims of the disaster.
